We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

6. AI Voice Agent Usage

Our Services include AI-powered voice agents that engage in conversations with your customers. By using these features:

• You agree to ensure all communications comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided to our AI agents
• You agree to disclose to call recipients when they are speaking with an AI agent when required by law
• You understand that our AI systems may have limitations and may not handle all situations perfectly
• You agree not to use our voice agents for emergency services or time-critical communications

We reserve the right to review and moderate how our AI voice agents are being used and may suspend access if we detect potential abuse or violations of these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have provided all necessary notices and obtained all necessary consents from any individuals whose personal data you provide to us or who interact with our AI voice agents on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and audio, are owned by or licensed to ClickSetGo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClickSetGo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
